SHIPPING POLICY & LEGAL NOTICE

AGE VERIFICATION
By placing an order with Tenebrous Cigars, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction (21 years of age or older in all U.S. states and territories per federal law, 21 U.S.C. § 387f). All orders require age verification at checkout and an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be reasonably verified.

PACT ACT COMPLIANCE
Tenebrous Cigars complies with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 375–378, as amended. We are registered with the U.S. Attorney General and applicable state tobacco tax authorities where required. Sales reports are filed monthly with state tax administrators in accordance with federal law.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We ship premium cigars and related products only to jurisdictions where such sales are lawful. We do not ship to:
• Any address outside the United States
• P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders
• Jurisdictions that prohibit the direct shipment of tobacco products to consumers, which currently may include but is not limited to: Maine, Massachusetts, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, D.C. (list subject to change based on evolving state law)
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that receipt of tobacco products is lawful at the delivery address. Orders placed from prohibited jurisdictions will be canceled and refunded, less any applicable processing fees.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery, as required by 15 U.S.C. § 376a(d). Carriers will not leave packages unattended. Identification may be requested.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Applicable federal, state, and local excise and sales taxes are
calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. The
purchaser is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or
fees imposed by their jurisdiction.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 5 business days. Shipping times
vary by carrier and destination. Tenebrous Cigars is not
responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or
refusal of delivery by the recipient.

RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Lost or stolen packages reported within 10 days of the carrier's marked delivery date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
