SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

Tenebrous Cigars ships premium cigars and related products to customers across the United States in jurisdictions where such sales are lawful. This policy describes our carriers, rates, processing times, and delivery procedures. For age verification,

SHIPPING RATES

Flat Rate Shipping: $12.95 per order, all U.S. destinations where shipment is lawful. Applicable taxes are calculated separately at checkout based on
the delivery address.

CARRIER

All orders ship via ground service. Tenebrous Cigars ships only through carriers authorized to transport tobacco products under federal and state law.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During promotional periods, new releases, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email if your order requires additional processing time.

TRANSIT TIME

Once shipped, standard ground transit times are typically:

  • East Coast destinations:    1-3 business days
  • Midwest destinations:       2-4 business days
  • West Coast destinations:    3-5 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Tenebrous Cigars is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or other factors outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You may track your shipment directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older at delivery. The carrier will not leave packages unattended. If no eligible adult is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup at a local carrier location.

After multiple failed delivery attempts, packages will be returned to Tenebrous Cigars. Customers will be responsible for reshipment costs if they wish to have the order resent.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship only to physical street addresses within the United States in jurisdictions where direct-to-consumer tobacco sales are lawful. We do not ship to:

  • International addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
  • Freight forwarders
  • States or localities that prohibit direct shipment of
    tobacco products

CLIMATE CONSIDERATIONS

Premium cigars are perishable goods sensitive to temperature and humidity. During periods of extreme heat (typically June through September) or extreme cold, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can promptly retrieve the package upon arrival. Tenebrous Cigars is not responsible for damage caused
by prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures once the package has been delivered. Boveda humidity packs are included in all shipments to help
maintain product condition during transit.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have
not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  4. Contact Tenebrous Cigars if the package cannot be located

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the carrier's marked delivery date.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

Packages that are refused at delivery, returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or returned after multiple failed delivery attempts will be subject to a restocking fee and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be modified or cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
